Established since 1986, Karen, the owner of the two Wolverhampton Salons, is highly qualified and dedicated to the never ending improvement of the team at k2. K2 put considerable investment into skill training in future trends so all the team have a thorough knowledge of on-trend techniques and clever creative flair. This is passed on to the customer during an in-depth consultation before the shampooing process in both our Wolverhampton hair salons. The client is offered a bespoke salon experience and customer satisfaction is paramount. The team are trained to listen to clients, which helps to establish trust, confidence and a good rapport. Finding out exactly what the client is looking for and explaining how to achieve it is always their priority.

All the senior members of the team are fully qualified up to Level 3 and are now embarking on their leadership and management courses within the Wolverhampton area. The junior members of the team attend Wolverhampton College to achieve their Level 2 and contribute greatly to the smooth running of the Wolverhampton salons.

Each member of the team is an all-rounder so that the client can have a smooth process from start to finish, this maintains consistency during the client’s appointment, rather than an awkward handover ½ way through.
